I want to give you a little time and space away from the world to reflect and recharge in a comfortable and relaxed setting, where you will be fully accepted for who you are.

This all-inclusive experience starts with you sharing what's on your mind, expressing how you truly feel, and ends with you being closer to gaining what you want in any area of your life

I offer a supportive, non judgemental space for you to have honest conversations about the things that matter to you. I’ll bring everything you need, including genuine empathy and understanding, CBT methods, positive psychology tools, songwriting therapy, and mindfulness meditations to help you improve your personal or professional situation

Feel heard, understood & motivated

Following a refreshing, detoxing and reinvigorating session, arrive feeling calm, uplifted and motivated to follow through on your goals until we next meet. We'll review what's come up, celebrate your achievements and make plans. Knowing you're going to 'report back' holds you accountable and helps you keep the momentum up!

What is life coaching, and who is it for?

A life coach does for your mind what a personal trainer does for your body 

A good conversation can often make us feel better. It can inspire us to reflect on how we feel, giving us clarity, encouragement and comfort. 

However, do you ever notice when talking to someone, they interrupt with “Oh, that happened to me! There was this one time at…” right when you’re in the middle of your sentence? Suddenly it’s all about them! Even when we do have their attention, we may not be able to fully confide in the people around us – they may judge, worry, feel jealous, or have too much going on themselves to be truly present.

When we don’t acknowledge and deal with our feelings, tension can build and have a negative impact on our lives and people around us. We may shut ourselves off, become ‘snappy’, or pretend to be more focused than we actually are so we don’t give the impression that we are struggling (gotta’ look good on our posts!). This can slow us down, make us feel guilty and cause more problems creating a vicious cycle.

The right conversation can make all the difference. One that’s focused solely on you, with a trained life & relationship coach. Someone who genuinely listens – objectively, helping you to release emotion, heal and move forward. Peeling back the layers to understand what brought you to where you are today can really make a difference in keeping the momentum up in your goal follow-through.

Do you ever hold yourself back from living the way you really want to? Is there a voice inside you saying 'if only', 'I can't', "I wish'...? Sometimes not being in the right headspace to deal with things can impact us. We may have a lot going on, be stuck in unhealthy routines, not be in the ideal environment or lack confidence to make positive changes.

Our emotional state makes a massive difference to our motivation and ability to apply ourselves. This course is all about discovering your feelings and channeling them in a way that serves you. We cover a range of emotions using various exercises, tools and techniques, mindfulness, CBT and NLP practices to help you navigate through and better deal with situations we encounter in our day to day lives.

This immersive experience is about you creating your own personal ‘anchor’ toolbox that you can tap into whenever you need a break, support through a tough moment, a burst of motivation, or quiet time to reflect.

Finding your voice will help you: Feel validated, heard and understood - Gain clarity on who you are, what you want and steps to take towards it - Do more of what makes you feel good physically and emotionally - Dedicate time for yourself in a way you truly deserve



Rather than reach for ‘surface’ distractions (which are great sometimes!) this course will help you tap into the inner you, release your voice and create beautiful new habits that help you feel calm and special whenever you need it.

Understanding more about yourself will also help you connect with others on a deeper level, creating more authentic, honest friendships and relationships with yourself and others.

This 6 week course covers everything from building confidence and self esteem, goal setting, relationships and communication tips (including how our brains scientifically work!), to help allow your voice to be heard and your true self to radiate.
